Research on key technologies for high-performance screen printing screen version based on composite film
Nano-scale carbon material is combined with modified epoxy resin, coated into a semi-cured sheet film, and pressed on the nickel alloy mesh to form a thermosetting film without a traditional PI film. It has thinner thickness and better adhesiveness. Compared with traditional screen versions, the printing aspect ratio is large, the efficiency is 0.02%, and the silver paste unit consumption is reduced by 2-3mg.
