Nano-scale carbon materials are compounded with modified epoxy resin, coated into a semi-cured film, and laminated onto a nickel alloy mesh to form a thermosetting film that eliminates the need for a traditional polyimide (PI) film. This innovative approach results in a thinner film with superior adhesion properties. Compared to conventional screen plates, the optimized design achieves a higher printing aspect ratio, improves efficiency by 0.02%, and reduces silver paste consumption by 2-3 mg per unit.
