Research on key technologies for high-performance screen printing screen version based on composite film

Nano-scale carbon material is combined with modified epoxy resin, coated into a semi-cured sheet film, and pressed onto the nickel alloy mesh to form a thermosetting film without a traditional PI film. The resulting film is thinner and offers better adhesion. Compared with traditional screens, it achieves a higher aspect ratio, improves efficiency by 0.02%, and reduces silver paste consumption by 2–3 mg.
